Mike Norton

The founder of MRC group, Mike brings a strong record of building and leading large and successful sales organizations in the software industry. Prior to MRC, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Federal Sales for CA and an early stage software company, Logic Works, with the latter going through a highly successful IPO during his tenure in management. Mike began his professional career at Xerox Corporation and graduated from Loyola University.

Rob Wilson

Before joining MRC group in 1998, Rob was a managing partner and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cutting Edge Computer Solutions, a software reseller and professional services organization specializing in the development of custom software applications. Rob helped lead Cutting Edge from its start-up days through acquisition by a publicly traded organization in 1997. Rob holds an Undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Maryann J. Lawler

Maryann is an accomplished senior-level executive with experience in staffing for high performance and developing talent for both small and large enterprises. Prior to joining MRC Group served as VP and Equity Partner for Agilex Technologies, since acquired by Accenture Federal, and Senior Partner and SVP for Global Alliances and Channel Partners at BearingPoint, Inc. formerly KPMG Consulting. In 2007, she was named among the Top Five IT Consulting Power Brokers by Consulting Magazine. Prior to these positions, Ms. Lawler served as an executive of Xerox Corporation where she led North America Services achieving $3 billion in revenues with over 6,000 staff, She graduated #1 in her class from A.U. Kogod School of Business and has served on the Board of Directors of the CNMC Foundation, the Adoption Services Agency and the Advisory Board of A.U. and Howard University.
